| History Rea Valley Probus Club was formed in 2013. An exploratory meeting, attended by 21 people, was held at the Horseshoes public house in Pontesbury. Our inaugural lunch was held there on 13 March. In April, with our membership growing rapidly and in need of a larger venue, we decamped to the White Horse at Pulverbatch, where we met for lunch on the second Wednesday in the month for the next seven years until the Covid pandemic stopped our regular meetings. | Constitution It was agreed from the outset that this would be a gentlemen-only club, with wives and partners invited to participate in specific visits and social events. A written constitution has been drafted, agreed and published. |
